- Paul, the CEO of DRE, mentioned that people are discussing their company on Hotcopper, Twitter, and Facebook. He sometimes sees positive comments, but other times, he comes across negative ones. It is difficult for him to gauge if the overall sentiment in the market is trending in the right direction for their company.x
- During a meeting with our client Brian, our CSM Dylan learned that Brian really likes the campaign feature of our product. However, Brian is keen to know if his company is performing well enough, especially compared to other companies using our product.

- The company can have a better understanding of how well they are doing in the market.
- This can effectively advise them on topics to cover in interviews/posts, and ways to differentiate their narrative from peers in their sector
- Desired impact would be a notable increase in engaged shareholders, as well as more positive sentiment towards the company
